Cancellation Policy

At Luxe Hair by Sophie, your time is valuable, and so is ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to accommodate everyone, the following policy applied to all appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
